Overview
Darul Arqam Educational Trust is a UK registered charity (charity reg number 1092608). Fees paid for courses are considered as charitable donations. Registered charities under UK legislation are protected under charity law, charities are not permitted to refund donations, other than in specific circumstances. The Charities Act 2011 can be found here.
In exceptional circumstances you may wish to discuss your donation with our Admin team at info@datrust.org.
Bookings
Once we receive payment for the first month of your subscription to the course, your place will be booked. Admin will contact you to confirm your place on the course. Only upon receiving payment is your space secure. If you have made payment to book onto a course and you have not heard back within 5 working days, please Contact Us.
Refunds
Once we receive your query we will work to respond to you and resolve within 5 working days.
If a refund is issued
If you haven’t received an authorised refund, check your bank account again. Contact your credit card company as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Finally. contact your bank. There is often processing time before a refund is posted and received into your account.
If you’ve completed the above steps you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us.
Travel Deposits
Deposits to Realign to The Divine travel retreats are non-refundable. Spaces on retreats are not secure until payment has been made. If you have made payment to book onto Realign to The Divine and you have not heard back within 5 working days, please Contact Us.
